The Kindness Club enjoyed a Christmas Celebration on Tuesday evening. Fifty members enjoyed Christmas music and rotated between 8 Christmas themed games: fishing for candy canes; reindeer antler ring toss; head, shoulders, knees, cup; building snowflakes with marshmallows and toothpicks; hungry hungry reindeer; straw marshmallow moving; and a snowball toss. They also made themselves a graham cracker, peanut butter, pretzel reindeer snack.










Middle School hosted a Trivia Night for a parent involvement activity on December 3rd. Parents and students enjoyed snacks and trivia from all 4 core subjects and also a teacher trivia category. Team 2 were the winners with gift cards to local businesses. Thank you Subway, Bigfoot Burger, and Casey's!

Families of second-grade students engaged in a hands-on STEM activity during a recent parent involvement night.










The Kindness Club met on Tuesday evening to put together gift bags for the nursing home. They included candy and a few small gifts. The bags also included a hand decorated ornament that the kiddos enjoyed doing. They also made some beautiful Christmas Cards.

Today, Ms. Emily's 6th-grade, Mrs. Blunk's 6th-grade, and Ms. Voyles' 4th-grade classes enjoyed ice cream parties as a reward for being the first to fill their food drive totes. Additionally, Mrs. Blunk's class received a pizza party for collecting the most items.

The Fourth Grade class of Ms. Voyles enjoyed rewards from their Wildcat Bucks economy system for good behavior and attendance, including indoor recess, reading to another class, choosing class videos and games, and various other activities.

The Winona Elementary’s Kindness Club’s food drive was a big success. A total of three pickup loads of food was delivered to the Shannon County Food Pantry today. Pantry coordinator Tina Edwards was thrilled and said, "The Winona School always comes through for them."
