A BIG thanks to those that shared items to use for prom, those that helped decorate and those that pitched in and helped with the clean-up. Also, a big shout out to Kim Dixon for preparing the great snack table. All the help was appreciated more than you know! After such a rough spring, it was nice to see the kids dressed up and smiling.

Prom Details. June 23rd, 7 to 10 pm in the MPG. Grand March will take place @ 6:45 pm. Attire is either formal or casual. If you are a middle school student or 21 & over, you are NOT ALLOWED at prom. Freshman & Sophomores may attend IF invited by a Junior or Senior Student. Alternative students may attend IF invited by a traditional student. Please see student handbook for information. Once you leave the building, there will be NO re-entry. Picture forms will be available before the grand march. As soon as a picture form is available, it will be posted for you. If you have any questions, please leave a message on the school facebook page.
Senior graduation practice will be at 9:00 am the morning of graduation. June 26th.
Graduation will go on as planned, June 26th at 7:00 PM in the high school gym. Everyone is welcome to attend, however, fewer seats will be available on the gym floor, to allow room for distancing. We do ask that if you are not feeling well, or if you have been running a fever that you PLEASE stay home. We are excited to finally celebrate this special accomplishment with the Winona Graduating class of 2020!! Practice time for graduation will be posted shortly.

The parade that was scheduled (May 15th @ 7 pm) for our senior who is joining the military has been canceled due to the weather. We are so proud of him and wish him the BEST OF LUCK!!!
MS/HS: Locker clean out and return ALL school property. SR cap/gowns will be handed out, Please enter thru front doors and stop in appropriate office for instructions.

Tonight at 8:20 PM, 20:20 military time, WHS will be turning on the lights at the baseball and softball parks for 20 minutes and 20 seconds to show support for the Class of 2020. You may drive by to see the lights, but do not park and stay, per the stay at home order. To the 2020 seniors: You are loved and supported more than you know. We are #wildcatstrong.
New Beta Club membership- if you were invited to join WHS Beta club this spring you can still join. We are extending the National Dues payment date until next fall September 1, 2020.
We will be extending our closure until April 24th. Meals will be served on Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 11-12. We feel it necessary to continue the education process without overwhelming our families during this stressful time. Homework packets for K-8 will be available for curbside pickup at the Elementary on Monday, April 6th from 9-1. Please bring back your completed work with your name on the front. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We miss you all!!!
We are happy to be able to feed meals to kids while school is closed. Today we served over 200 kids (80 families)! Please continue working on assignments and stay healthy!!
I hope everyone is doing well and are working on assignments that has been sent home. Monday at 11:00 curb side food pickup will be available at the elementary. If you picked up food last week please bring back the crate. We have 65 families (170 kids) currently participating, if you would like to sign-up for food please respond to this message or call 325-8101 ext. 2210. This is available to anyone, no guidelines to qualify.
