No school on Tuesday, January 14th! We have had a lot of melting but the county roads still remain slick in many areas. AMI #2! We plan to see to you all on Wednesday! Keep safe and warm.

Saturday, January 11, the basketball game that was scheduled to be played at Mountain View liberty, has been canceled.
During the Big Springs Basketball Tournament, starting February 1st, the following sports will be recognized. Jr. High Basketball, Jr. H Volleyball , Cross Country and HS Volleyball. Stay tuned for actual date and time.

Today, we took time to recognize our second-grade students who successfully met their 2nd quarter AR goal. Through their hard work, they have achieved the required points and percentage. In celebration, the students were presented with an award certificate and some goodies to enjoy during a movie this afternoon.

Middle School hosted a Trivia Night for a parent involvement activity on December 3rd. Parents and students enjoyed snacks and trivia from all 4 core subjects and also a teacher trivia category. Team 2 were the winners with gift cards to local businesses. Thank you Subway, Bigfoot Burger, and Casey's!
The Kindness Club enjoyed a Christmas Celebration on Tuesday evening. Fifty members enjoyed Christmas music and rotated between 8 Christmas themed games: fishing for candy canes; reindeer antler ring toss; head, shoulders, knees, cup; building snowflakes with marshmallows and toothpicks; hungry hungry reindeer; straw marshmallow moving; and a snowball toss. They also made themselves a graham cracker, peanut butter, pretzel reindeer snack.
