Senior Spotlight
Claire Elizabeth Neal is the daughter of Charles and Shanna Neal and sister to Gavin, Eli, Addison, and Macky. When she was asked about her school life, Claire said she was trying to complete her classes to be able to graduate in December. She has several favorite teachers and couldn’t list just one, Mrs. Ipock, Mrs. Miley, Mr. Fears, and Mrs. Buckner because they made their classes fun! One thing Claire will miss about school is not seeing her teachers and friends daily. Her favorite memory of school was being there for Malaki’s senior year and watching him graduate. Claire is involved in several different clubs in our school: BETA club, Student Council member of her senior class, FBLA, and holds the vice president seat of her class. She would like to be remembered as a kind, good friend who was helpful to all.
Claire’s favorite subject is English and her hobbies include going to the river, spending time with boyfriend, Malaki, and being with her family. If she had to eat one meal for the rest of her life she would pick Chipotle! Her future plans are to attend OTC in Springfield for Dental Hygiene school. Claire’s advice to her underclassmen is to enjoy your school years, because it does go by quickly. When asked who had influenced her the most she said at school, Mrs. Ipock. Claire said Mrs. Ipock gives her guidance and has always been helpful to her. Claire’s current favorite show is Breaking Bad.
