2019-2020 Year End Information

The tentative date for graduation for the Class of 2020 will be Friday, June 26th at 7:00 p.m. If schools are allowed to have an in-person graduation, it will take place in the high school gym.  If CDC restrictions are still in place, we will have an alternative graduation on this date. The school will post updates as provided by governmental guidelines.

 

Junior/Senior Prom is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23rd at 7:00 p.m. If social distancing/large group restrictions are still in place by the CDC, prom will be canceled.

 

Class of 2020:  One of our seniors is joining the military and leaving on May 19th.  To honor him, we will be having a parade starting at the front of the school at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15th. His diploma will be handed to him at the conclusion. More information will follow.

 

End of the year awards ceremony is canceled.

 

The following will occur the week of May 11th MS/HS students will return ALL school property: textbooks/library books, athletic uniforms, SR cap/gowns will be handed out, SR checkout, awards pickup etc. Students will need to bring a bag to clean out personal items out of their locker. Tables will be placed in hallway. Times will be from 8:00 a.m. to NOON.

           

●May 11th - Students last name beginning with A-H.

●May 12th - Students last name beginning with I-O.

●May 13th- Students last name beginning with P-Z.

 

Scholarship recipients will be notified by email as Mrs. Spurgin gets them. 

Senior dual credit students need to be finishing up their courses.  Senior grades will be evaluated on May 1st for class rank etc.

Dual Credit students MUST have their grades and proof of payment into the office by Monday, May 25th for reimbursement.

Enrollment for fall dual credit classes will be done electronically this summer. (Watch for emails from Mrs. Spurgin)

Grade cards will be mailed AFTER May 15th
